Strengthen Your Foundation.

Build Your Future.

The Turner School of Construction Management (TSCM) is the oldest community outreach program in Turner’s history. It was initiated in 1969, one year after our Affirmative Action Department was created, and soon became an opportunity to develop strategic business relationships with Underrepresented Business Enterprises (UBE) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE). Since then, Turner has provided a training course for these firms in the disciplines practiced in the construction industry.

The program is designed to prepare Underrepresented Business Enterprises and Small Business Enterprises for contract procurement opportunities in Kansas City.
